Tomorrow, middle and high school students across the nation plan to walk out of their classes to remember the victims of last month's school shooting in parkland, florida.
The nationwide walkout is scheduled to start at 10 a-m and last 17 minutes to honor the 17 people killed in the shooting.
Most schools in the tennessee valley and north georgia are allowing their students to participate.
And students we spoke with today hope this unified voice will help force positive change to make schools safer.
Hadessah o'neal: "we want change.
We are tired of people just assuming that by saying gun control we mean taking away all guns.
We want gun regulation.
We want this to not happen all the time, again and again we see it happening.
And we the government and our country to see that we are tired and we are taking a stand and we're not going to continue to let this to happen.
Once again, the national walkout is scheduled for 10 tomorrow
