The report needs to be adopted by city council, before a detailed special area plan is created ... which could take until the second half of next year.

We're getting a look at what the new alliant energy center campus could look like after 300-million dollars of renovations there.

That master plan includes a new and improved exhibition hall... upgrades to the coliseum... and a new, centralized plaza with space to host events.

The changes would support an estimated 14- hundred new full-time jobs... but the county has not budgeted for the project yet.

Good morning... delays forming on the westbound beltline from park out to todd drive with the heaviest around fish hatchery.

Plan on adding about up to five minutes on your drive.

Eastbound still clear of delays.
