According to Reuters, the FAANG group of stocks are trading slightly down.

By the afternoon on Jan.

23rd, Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google's parent company Alphabet were trading up to 2-percent lower.

Those losses dragged on the top three markets on Wall Street, but the Dow Jones retained some gains.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 64-points, rising to 24,468.

But the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq were trading slightly lower.
