She recently made her superhero debut in 'Captain Marvel,’ and received a hefty $5 million paycheck.

That’s far more than Robert Downey Jr. or Chadwick Boseman earned for their first solo films. She remarked that money is a tricky subject, as women are often trapped into accepting less than they deserve.

Brie Larson, via ‘Vanity Fair’ Larson credited previous women in the industry as being the reason she’s able to earn such a high salary.

She also encouraged women everywhere to be brave and fight for the pay they deserve.
