MOMENTS OF TERROIT WAS JUST A LOT OF THINGSGOINGTHROUGH MY MIND AT THE TIME SOYOU THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TODIE I DID I DID I THOUGHT I WASGOING TO DIE I DID.A WOMAN AND HER 14- YEAR-OLDDAUGHTERTRAPPED IN AN SUV.THE VEHICLE QUICKLY FILLING UPWITH FLOODWATERS.BEFORE ANYBODY GOT OUT THERE THEWATER WAS ALREADY IN MY LAPI WAS AFRAID I DIDN'T THINKWE'REGOING TO BE ABLE TO GET OUT..LESSAFEAZZELL SAID THE SCARY INCIDENTHAPPENED SATURDAY NIGHT INPEARL.

FEAZELL TOLD US SHE WASWAS TRYING TOPULL OVER AND STOP BECAUSE OFTHE HEAVRAIN.IT JUST HAPPENED SO FAST IDIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO REACT ASSOON ASI PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT MYTRUCK JUST WENT ONE WAY.YOU CAN HEAR THE FEAR IN THEIRVOICES AS FEAZELL AND HERDAUGHTER CRIED FORHELPASSISTANT POLICE CHIEF RICKYSTEEN ANDOFFICER BRANDON DEARMAN RUSHEDINTHE WATER TO RESCUE THEM.AT FIRST I JUST THOUGHT IT WASTHE DRIVER WHEN I LOOKED IN THEREAR WINDOW I SEEN THE GIRLSITTING THERE SO I GOT HER OUTFIRST SOON AS WE GET HER ON DRYLAND WE WENT BACK AND GOT THEMOTHER THE DRIVESOMETHING YOU SIGNED UP FOR ITYOU KNOW BEHIND THIS BADGESAFETY KINDA GOES OUT OF THEWINDOW WHENEVER IT'S SITUATIONLIKE THAT YOU'RE JUST THINKINGABOUT THEIR SAFETY ATTHAT POINTI WANT TO THANK THE OFFICERSTHAT PULLED US OUT I DIDN'T GET CHANCE TO THANK THEM AT THE TIMEBECAUSE I WAS STILL AFRAID BUT IMEAN I WANT TO THANK THEM FEAZELL WAS VISITING THE AREAFROM SIMPSONCOUNTY.SHE DIDN'T KNOW HER WAY AROUNDFEAZELL HOPES NO ONE ELSE GOESTHROUGH WHAT SHE AND HERDAUGHTER EXPERIENCED.ROSS ADAMS 16 WAPT NEWS.
