Kim Kardashian Tweets Support for Brendan Dassey of ‘Making a Murderer’ Dassey, who was featured in the Netflix series 'Making a Murderer,' was convicted for the murder of Teresa Halbach in 2007.

Dassey’s attorneys have stated that his confession was coerced.

Kardashian wrote “#BringBrendanHome" in one of two tweets.

She also implored Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers to read related documents and a letter written by Dassey, who is seeking clemency.

Kardashian previously helped attain clemency for Alice Marie Johnson, who served 21 years for a nonviolent drug offense.
