Four people were killed and three others injured at an 'illegal gambling location' in Brooklyn on Saturday morning, police said.

Brooklyn shooting at 'illegal gambling' spot leaves 4 dead: police

Police received a call alerting them to the shooting just before 7am.

When officers arrived, they found four men dead at the scene, and a woman and two men with non life-threatening injuries.

New York City Police Department Chief of Detectives Dermot F.

Shea said that the shooting appeared to have happened at an illegal gambling site and that two guns were recovered at the scene.

He added that there were no indications the shooting was gang related.
