Brave passersby lifted a car up together to rescue two people trapped inside after a road accident in southern China.
The CCTV video, filmed in the city of Dongguan in Guangdong Province on December 31, 2019, shows the car crashing into a roundabout, flipping over and sliding along the road with sparks.
The car did not stop until it knocked down a road sign on the side of the road.
Nearby people gathered to the car immediately and lifted it up together to free the two people trapped inside.
The driver reportedly had been drinking before driving and was confirmed driving under the influence.
Police detained the driver, revoked his licence and banned him from applying for a new one for five years.
