Occurred on December 31, 2019 / Chicago, Illinois, USA Info from Licensor: "I was driving Uber on New Years Eve 2019 in Chicago, and as I was driving through an intersection, a cop car blew its red light and drove at me.
I swerved, honked, and kept driving.
A few seconds later, they pulled me over.
Two cops approached my car and claimed that I failed to clear the red light (it is legal to enter an intersection anytime before the light turns red).
I told them that I had it all on dashcam.
This seemed to spook the cop talking to me, and he started spluttering.
They let me go soon after."
