RESTRICTIONS: Broadcast: NO USE JAPAN, NO USE TAIWAN Digital: NO USE JAPAN, NO USE TAIWAN Dutch shipyard Royal Huisman has designed the superyacht Sea Eagle II using the same engineering techniques typically reserved for space missions for the European Space Agency.

The ship will be built in separate stages instead of the traditional approach in which ships are built from start to finish.

The ship will be 81 meters long and will have three masted schooners, according to a news release from the ESA.

Sea Eagle II will sport aluminum panels on its exterior.

The panels will have holes and support structures added to them to cut down on construction time and accommodate features such as hatches for the yacht.

According to a new release from European Space Agency dated February 27, the ship features a "desirable, luxurious interior." The superyacht is set to become the world's largest aluminum sailing ship once it is completed and delivered to its owners this spring.
