Our top story tonight at 6: two gordon state college students are at home tonight, self monitoring after being exposed to the corona virus.

(:05) (:12) (:24) (:41) (:47) (1:00) (1:17) (1:47) i'm here at gordon state college's campus and students are telling me they're taking extra precaution after a campus-wide emailed notifying them about two students being exposed to corona virus.

"i'm concerned.."

Students like aminah vinson are prepared for class ..

Carrying around more than just books and pencils ..

"just make sure you carry around some lysol three things of handsanitzer you should be good."

Vinson isn't alone ..

Her peers are also being cautious after recieving a campus-wide email tuesday morning, saying two students were exposed to the corona virus ..

While working off-campus.

" its eye opening makes me want to stay clean keep away from contact with other people."

"definitely concerned who theyve been hanging around with i keep hand sanitizer on me at all times i dont touch no doors" some students say they are not overly concerned of covid-19 affecting campus.

"i kind of think it's been blown out of prtrtrtreportion thats am saying i understand people have been contacted into it but im pretty sure ..

Not 100 percent but im pretty sure no onei s going to extremely get it" "everybody should just keep clean we're about to be on spruing break anyway i think itll be ok" the college's director of marketing ..
