The owner of Move Breathe Live is now holding classes through Zoom.

Is a good time to find ways to decompress and release the stress.

Newschannel 2's kirk tupaj tells us how one business owner is working to help anyone in need.

Juliana hardy recently opened up a wellness facility on champlin ave.

Called move breathe live.

She offers a variety of fitness related options, but is not able to have clients come to her facility during the state's self-quarantine period, so she's offering services on-line.

.

None .

None sot: juliana hardy, owner move breathe live we've just started bringing meditation, so right now we're closed, but the meditation we have been able to move on to zoom.

The class i'm actually teaching via zoom for the members, but the meditation piece is something again& bringing to this area, not just the physicality, but the mind and the body as we move in general as humans.

Having that connection between the mind and body can play an important role in getting through the day, especially during these uncertain times.

Sot: juliana hardy, owner move breathe live as we're watching the news, as all these uncertainties&it leads to anxiety because there's unknown, and that's human, so to give ourselves some tools to be able to reconnect and calm ourselves is priceless.

Juliana is offering a new kind of relaxation technique called shake.

Just think fitness/exercise with an awareness/ mindful approach.

Sot: juliana hardy, owner move breathe live these meditations allow for us to come together via zoom and experience it, so if people are curious, that's a great way to experience it in the safety of their own home.

Ok, that's this unknown thing.

What is this shaking?

What is this?

It's different, and it's powerful.

Sot: kirk tupaj all movement can be mindful, just pay attention to your breath, slow it down, and how does it feel?
