Possibility of Saints drafting LSU players: Several first round targets make sense

It’s hard to find a mock draft with less than four LSU Tigers going in the first round, if not as many as six.

- and with the 24th overall - pick... the prospect of the new- orleans - saints drafting joe burrow is - obviously out of the question..- but maybe not one of his former- teammates.- other potential first round - targets incude cornerback - kristian fulton... wide receive- justin jefferson... edge- rusher k-lavon chaisson... and- linebacker patrick queen.

- that's not to say the black and- gold have to select a player, - with ties to louisiana... but - the option is certainly there..- if they prefer a little home- cooking... from the bayou.- - "picking one early, you've got opportunities here now.

Because- in round 1 with a patrick queen- with a kristian - - - - fulton, you've got an - opportunity here to do that.

An- even a little bit later on with- a - damien lewis still there, and i- think the saints will try to- sure up that offensive- guard spot.

I think it's- something that's not a back - burner issue.
