Talking to shoppers on Minnesota's first day toward reopening

Peace plaza has a lot of small businesses... but as you can tell... just because you're allowed to go shopping now... doesn't mean that people are doing it by the masses.

I was able to stop by one of the stores this afternoon and chat with the manager about the reopening process.

She says that the boutique has been booming with business today.

Even with certain restrictions in place... the customers don't seem to mind.

They're just glad to be walking out the door with a shopping bag for a change.xxxx oh they're so happy just to be in the store environment.

We have all new inventory.

They can try clothes on too, they just have to wear a mask in the fitting room.

We have hand sanitizer stations everywhere so it's just a good vibe.
