Battalion Chief Michelle Fitzsimmons has become only the second woman in FDNY history to achieve that rank.
Not only has she already served 19 years but her grandfather, the late Michael Fitzsimmons, was also a FDNY battalion chief. CBS2's Chris Wragge reports.
