Some Terre Haute residents find 'no white guilt' messages in a bag full of rocks on their sidewalks

Say this was "after" the protests.

Some people on the east side of terre haute woke up to rocks... and messages on their sidewalks.

Our newsroom took calls about baggies found at homes in the city.

They included rocks..

And flyers that say "no white guilt."

We talked with the terre haute police chief, shawn keen about this.

He says you can call the department if you receive items like this.

From there, police can investigate for possible threats.

It's likely people are trying to add anger to the current climate
