New this afternoon... a fifteen year old and a 19 year old were arrested at last night's protest according to lexington police.

Police say kaulbert wilson was disruptive during an otherwise peaceful event.

They say he ran across multiple police cruisers and while on top of one urged other protestors to try and flip the vehicle with an officer inside, as well as breaking the window of a car not associated with police, forcefully removing the driver and punching him in the head.

L-p-d reports he was also seen jumping on another vehicle and threatening to harm those inside.

Protest organizers say the group wilson was leading is not associated with them.

Officers arrested wilson in a parking lot after he ran away.

He's charged with inciting a riot, assault, criminal mischief and fleeing and evading police and was booked into the fayette county detention center.

Police say the fifteen year old was part of wilson's group and charged with disorderly conduct and menacing and released to a family member.
