Chinese neighbour climbs two floors barehanded to rescue toddler trapped outside balcony

A heroic neighbour climbed two floors barehanded to rescue a three-year-old girl trapped outside a balcony in southern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province on June 2 shows a girl holding the security bars while standing on the narrow ledge outside the first-floor balcony.

A man was seen climbing onto the building through the sewer pipes and approached the girl while other nearby residents held a quilt under the building.

After the firefighters arrived on-site, one fireman used a ladder to reach the girl and brought her back to safety.

The girl reportedly climbed out of the security bars and got trapped out of the balcony.
