Cooperstown DMV open by appointment only

The Cooperstown DMV is open to Otsego County residents only starting Monday, June 22.

On monday... but by appointment only... and to otsego county residents only.

But be aware, the dmv in cooperstown -- just like utica and rome right now - is experiencing a large number of calls.

Due to layoffs, otsego county will only operate the cooperstown office.

The oneonta office is permanently closed.
