One of them - called the city corridor - would include a station here on second street and ninth avenue southwest.

A rapid transit line will look very similar to a lightrail - such as in the twin cities - but operated by buses.

And it's not just about transportation.

The plan also explores ways to improve the well-being and quality of life in downtown and the surrounding neighborhoods.xxx uses including retail, hospitality and housing.

But new public spaces for people to use.

And then enhanced street scape and public realm.

The other transit districts are the west gateway - which is the west lot to highway 52.

Downtown core - which is sixth avenue to the government center.

And the future phase - which is the downtown s-e waterfront to the broadway
