Kentucky's fight against human trafficking has received a big boost.

Fs txt bullets:no human trafficking grant kentucky attonrey general's office - $100,000 grant - awarded ... the attorney general's office says the department of justice has awarded a 100 thousand dollar grant to be used to combat human trafficking in the state.

The grant will help raise awareness... and help provide training for law enforcement and communities to combat human trafficking.

According to the attorney general's office.... since 2007... the national human trafficking hotline has received close to three thousand calls related to kentucky.
