Utica man accused of threatening dispatcher at Oneida County 911 Center

For allegedly threatening the life of a dispatcher from the oneida county 9-1-1 center.

They say 65-year-old mark kozien called the 9-1-1 center several times for no legitimate reason.

Kozien was arrested on tuesday.

He's charged with aggravated harassment.

Kozien was released on the bail reform laws.

He'll appear in the town of whitestown court at a later date.
