The suspect in the murder of Bianca Devins appeared in court Wednesday to be assigned a new attorney, after he claims he was coerced into pleading guilty.
Utica teen bianca devins on boilermaker sunday last year appeared back in court today....after a week ago announcing in court he wants to withdraw his guilty plea.

The judge assigned brandon clark a new attorney, andhe wheels e in motion for clark to try and take back his guilty plea for killing bianca devins.
Clark's attorney said he told him if he withdraws his plea, he will once again face all the charges in the indictment against him.
Clark wants to push ahead.
The judge gave his attorney til september 14th to file a motion to withdraw the plea.
The prosecution has til the 22nd to respond.
All of this today robbed bianca devins' family of whatever peace they gained back in february, when clark admitted killing her.
7:10 "we're disturbed that he will not take responsibility for his actions, that he will not follow through on what he said the 10th of february when he said bianca did not deserve this and he plead guilty and was ready to accept his punishment" 7:26 and the judge set september 30th as the day for a fact- finding hearing to help him decide whether or not to allow clark to withdraw his guilty plea.
