Indiana’s second-largest teacher organization announced Tuesday that its members may resort to striking to ensure a safe return to school as the state continues to deal with the coronavirus pandemic.

It's calling for schools to reopen for in- person instruction with proper safety measures implemented.
Some of the safety measures include providing teachers, and staff, with proper ppe.
The union currently has (no plan to strike.
