Contractual health workers working under Siliguri Municipal Corporation on August 24 held protest demanding immediate release of their delayed salary.
The protestors also alleged that they are working during COVID-19 pandemic but no facilities have been given to them.
These contractual health workers conduct door-to-door COVID-19 survey.
