A man who has been battling Parkinson’s disease took to TikTok to demonstrate some astounding results.Justin Fields, a 35-year-old Knoxville, Tennessee resident, shared a video of himself eating cereal with a spoon with the help of his deep brain stimulator.The device is surgically implantedin the brain and helps people with Parkinson’scontrol their movements and tremors.Without the stimulator, Fields can clearly be seenstruggling to pick up the cereal bowl in front ofhim and raise the spoon to his mouth to take a bite.But after switching the device back on, Fieldsis able to eat the cereal with relative ease.“In tears,” one user wrote.
