So you can actually roast carrots with those fall flavors on top.

So that's what i'm going to add a little bit on here.

And you're just gonna roast in the oven until it's tender and tell us like you like it.

You can add a little bit of honey on top that's going to really give it a nice.

And talk very very versatile on your veggies.

Another thing i have right here is some kenyans payers.

So i just drank the juice what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna top it with a little bit of greek yogurt on top.

And then i'm gonna add must fall spice flavor on top of your- and boom you have.

Now if you want to add the fall flavors on top i have a little bit of oil this is avocado oil but you spray a little bit of your spray oil on top.

In that way you can stick and then what you do is just put your fall spices on top and blended up.

And then just put it in the air tight container and you're gonna have some great fall spices there.
