Mike Hardaway is accused of using his position to solicit and receive sexual services from three separate victims while working as a corrections officer in Limestone County.

Today - waay 31 worked to learn more about a former limestone county employee who was arrested on ethics and sex crime charges related to his former job as a corrections officer.

We first brought you this story on waay 31 news at 10 on friday.

Attorney general steve marshall told waay 31 today - 61-year-old mike hardaway - was arrested by special agents of the attorney general's office with assistance from the redstone arsenal police department on friday.

Waay 31's sydney martin is live tonight after working to learn more about what hardaway is accused of doing - while working at the limestone county community corrections program.

Dan- mike hardaway is accused using his position to solicit and recieve sexual services from three different victims during his time working for the program- and he face more than 30 years if convicted of all the charges.

According to court documents, hardaway was arrested on redstone arsenal on friday, but it's unclear why he was on the arsenal.

He is charged with 3 ethics violations and 3 counts of custodial sexual misconduct.

Hardaway was booked into the limestone county jail and released on a 90 thousand dollar bond for the charges.

Tonight- it's unclear when hardaway could appear in court or if there are any other victims. the attorney generals office declined to release any more information about the case.
