The packers have built a winning culture and they're building a dynasty.

Four straight section titles later, and austin is still feeling the high.

"you have to want it, you have to do all the extra things and work on yourself, by yourself and that's how you get to where, that's how we're so competitive and everything's a competitive fun environment which leads to the greatest success we've had.'

The players have built a foundation ?

They push each other to the limits, and compete with themselves to make each other better.

"if someone makes a shot, the next person wants to make the shot and so on and so forth.

Everyone's just trying to one up each other and that's what makes a great environment."
