Whose husband was killed in a motorcycle crash in september is speaking out...demanding justice for his death.

Jesus hey-zeus ocampo was badly hurt after a car...driven by antoine an-twan webb...hit him on georgetown road.

The traffic collision report says webb was making a u-turn at the time of the crash...and he was cited for driving on a suspended license.

Webb was not criminally charged.

But...jesus ocampo's wife...jessica...is calling out for change.

She says the fact that webb was driving that day...should be enough for criminal charges.

She plans to protest outside the fayette county courthouse tomorrow...while webb is in court for the citation.
