School officials announced a moratorium for in-person, non-academic student events.

Indiana state university is extending its student event moratorium.

Today, the university announced it was extending covid-19 guidelines.

In-person, non-academic student events are on-hold through february 1st of next year.

This includes student or "student organization" gatherings that occur on "and" off campus.

Campus officials will review this decision at the end of january.

All university-sponsored travel is suspended for the spring semester.

The university discourages students from personal travel ..

Except for essential business or emergencies.

Next semester, sycamores must continue to follow guidelines.
