1 dead in house fire in Harvest, Madison County Sheriff's Office investigating

We start with the latest on that deadly fire.

It happened just after 10 this morning off of mckee road.

That's in the harvest community.

Dan, najahe- madison county investigators and the state fire marshal are/ are not still out here just a bit ago- the madison county coroner told me a 27 year old man died in the fire it's unclear right now how the fire started and the 3 volunteer fire departments that's responded to the fire told me the state fire marshals office is investigating it.

Hemsi, the sheriffs office and the fire departments have been out here through out the afternoon.

Don webster, hemsi spokesperson told me that two people in the home refused to go to the hospital - for smoke inhalation - but an ambulance stayed out here on the scene throughout the afternoon.

The sheriffs office also told me several people in the home did get out safely this afternoon the man who died has not been identified- as the coroner told me they're still working to notify some family members.
