Yergy's state road in bluffton is taking its beef with the governor to the courts.the 3 restaurant this week filed a lawsuit against gov.

Eric holcomb and the wells county health department after the restaurant was shut down for violating the statewide mask mandate and covid-19 capacity limits.attorney mark rutherford says they want the court to decide on the validity of the governor's orders so they can reopen.

The case is about separation of powers, who can do what and it's about the rule of law.
