In an undated video that has surfaced on social media a young couple can be seen being harassed by villagers in Agra.
They were paraded with a garland of shoes around their neck, their faces were blackened and they were beaten with shoes.
The Agra police said that an FIR has been lodged and 3 people have been detained.
