Senator Ted Cruz addressed his trip to Cancun, Mexico on Thursday (2/18).
He said, "I started having second thoughts almost the moment I sat down on the plane." Cruz and his family flew to Mexico during the ongoing winter storm that has left millions of Texans without power.
