A man is under arrest in the killing of his brother with special needs.
Thirty-year-old Akram Husain was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter.
The victim is 27-year-old Anwar Husain, who had Down Syndrome and died on March 8 in Sacramento County.
Detectives aren't saying how he died.
