Could the ‘dump of death’ near Mostar be making locals ill?

A landfill near Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina is leaking black fluid containing copper, lead, zinc, and arsenic at worrying levels according to test results taken by locals who are worried the dumpsite is attributed to deaths from cancer.
