The SC on Friday upheld the magistrate's decision to accept the final report submitted by the Special Investigation Team in the 2002 Gujarat riots case and thereby dismissed the plea challenging clean chit to PM Modi.
The highest court stated that the appeal challenging the magistrate's decision was devoid of merits.
