Newly-charged defendant Carlos De Oliveira was a Mar-a-Lago maintenance supervisor.

He allegedly told coworker Walt Nauta that "the boss" wanted to delete the server.

The conversation reportedly took place just weeks before Mar-a-Lago was searched by the FBI.

Nauta later told a Trump PAC representative that De Oliveira was loyal, according to the indictment.

Trump reportedly called De Oliveira afterward and told him he'd get him a lawyer.

After the new indictment was announced, Trump called the charges "ridiculous" while speaking with Fox News.
