Donald Trump has been indicted a third time in just a few months for something completely bogus, this time pertaining to using his First Amendment right to say things the regime happens to disagree with.
This is even more ridiculous once you take into account he was cleared for this same thing in an impeachment trial in the Senate over two years ago.
