It was another terrible day in Lethbridge Court.
This time, the Crown, Steven Johnston, turned his ire onto the public.
Announced in Court yesterday was the allegation that the publication ban on the "crime-fraud" envelope was breached.
The Crown said that "the person is in this Court now" and mentioned "contempt of Court" and "banning the person from the proceedings" for publishing the decision from the Judge.
These threats to citizens and independent journalists cannot be tolerated and must be fought.
It's the last shred of honesty Canada has left.
