The United States (US) was boasting about the Usd 1 billion that their Companies planned to invest in the Philippines, but this amount is actually just "Peanuts" compared to what they are investing in other South East Asian (SEA) Countries like Indonesia and Malaysia who are not their Defense Treaty Allies and where they do not have Military Bases like in the Philippines
