The "Gateway Case" was one of the first case challenging Covid public health orders to see the inside of a court room and to be ruled on.
Manitoba Chief Justice Judge Joyal ruled that the 7 churches and few individuals involved in that case were in the wrong.
Plenty has changed in rulings across the country since that ruling but still, a Federal court has decided to not even hear the case.
