French Troops To Fight Russian Army In Ukraine? Macron Says Possible, Boasts Of France's 'Might'

French President Emmanuel Macron again said that he does not rule out sending troops on the ground in Ukraine to fight Russian forces.

In an interview with Le Parisien, Macron said, "Maybe, at some point... it will be necessary to carry out operations, whatever they may be, locally in order to counter Russian forces." Macron's comment came after he met German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk in Berlin over a rift over Ukraine.
