Resident Evil: Director's Cut (バイオハザード ディレクターズカット, Baiohazādo direkutāzukatto) was the first major re-release of Resident Evil.
The game was released as a release for the delayed release of Resident Evil 2.
The Director's Cut contained, in addition to the original version of the game, a new mode called Arrange Mode with several changes made to the game.
