Kenya: New Report Urges Parliament to Strengthen the Independence of ODPC

[Capital FM] Nairobi -- Parliament has been urged to strengthen the independence of the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC) by amending the Data Protection Act to make the ODPC autonomous and separate it from the Ministry of Information, Communications and Telecommunication (ICT).
