Central bank offers 'rosy outlook' on recession and inflation but warns of risks and pain

Another rate hike will make mortgages more expensive and boost the cost of lines of credit above seven per cent but the Bank of Canada says it may have inflation licked without a deep recession. Not everyone is so sure. And it won't be painless.
