Australians stranded in Peru asked to pay $10,000 for delayed emergency flight home

Hundreds of Australians, including a 63-year-old woman who has been forced to delay her cancer surgery, remain stuck in Peru after it introduced strict border control measures to stem the spread of the coronavirus.
