Miles backs Wellcamp quarantine hub while feds flag scaled-back Pinkenba facility

The Commonwealth also revealed the first images of its Pinkenba hub in its update on Tuesday. Near Toowoomba, the state announced the first buildings had been installed at its duelling site.
