Western Sydney residents warned of rising waters on Hawkesbury-Nepean river

Minor flooding is expected to begin on the Hawkesbury-Nepean on Friday, and residents of several suburbs including Windsor, Penrith, and North Richmond have been told to monitor the conditions.
